Launched on World Braille Day on January 4, 2022, Floward clients in KSA will be able to comfortably gift their visually impaired loved ones by adding messages printed in Braille, which is a system of raised dots that can be read with the fingers by people who are blind or who have low vision. It will enable them to receive and read messages with their gifts without any assistance.
In addition to this feature, Floward made sure to enable people with low vision to send gifts as well by offering a holistic experience including accurate and extensive descriptions of its products to help them choose gifts easily. It also added products especially made for clients with low vision such as Braille watches that also remind them of prayer times coupled with flower arrangements.
